Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged During Shipping – If the product is damaged during transit, please notify us on the day you receive it. We’ll take care of it immediately.
  2. Product Not as Described – If the item does not meet the description or expectations set by the listing, we’ll address the issue promptly and provide a solution.
  3. Lost Packages – If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or a replacement (one-time per order) at no charge.
  4. No Delivery Within 20 Working Days – If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, please reach out to us, and we’ll either issue a refund or send out a replacement.

Replacements
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll ensure a fast and hassle-free replacement. Just send an email to Keyboy.Galaxy@outlook.com with a clear photo or video of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of the rest. We aim to provide you with the best possible service and will work quickly to resolve any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference. One replacement per order will be processed at no extra cost.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations as our team processes orders promptly to ensure fast delivery. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Returns

Rest assured you will receive a full refund with no return shipping costs or additional expenses on your part.
